User Password Reset
We can automatically reset your password and email it to you. But to do this you will need two things. First you'll need to know your WebID Number. This is different than your account number. If you don't know your WebID Number please call us during regular business hours.
If you do have your WebID number then there's one more thing you'll need.
You must already have an email address on file with the Local.
If you have your WebID Number and you know for sure that you have an email address on file go ahead and enter your WebID Number above. The system will check to make sure we have an email on file and then reset your password and email it to you. It should show up in just a few minutes.
If you don't have an email on file, you really should. We can keep it confidential OR print it in the directory. But having one on file is the best way to take full advantage of all the new features we are adding to this new website.
